License Terms

By purchasing the ExpoLaunch template, you are granted a license to use the provided materials under the terms outlined below.

License Overview

  1. The author of ExpoLaunch retains full ownership of the template and grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template under the terms described here.
  2. This license applies only to the template source code. Future additions (e.g., Figma files) may be subject to different terms.
  3. You are licensed to use the template to create unlimited personal or commercial end products.
  4. Freelancers and agencies are permitted to purchase the template on behalf of a client. However, each client must have their own individual license.

Permitted Uses

You are allowed to:

  • Use the template in unlimited personal or commercial projects
  • Modify the template for your own use or for client work
  • Deliver end products (e.g., mobile apps) created using the template to your clients
  • Use the template as a starting point for multiple apps
  • Purchase on behalf of a client (one license per client)

Restrictions

You are not allowed to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template, modified or unmodified
  • Publish the template (or parts of it) on GitHub or any public code repository
  • Include the template in other starter kits, UI libraries, or development tools for resale
  • Use the template to create a competing product or resource
  • Share the archive or codebase with anyone who has not purchased a license

License Validation

  • Each purchase grants one license to one individual or one company
  • Access is tied to the email used during the purchase process
  • If you need additional licenses (e.g., for a team), each user must purchase their own copy

Updates

  • Buyers may receive future updates to the template when made available
  • Updates are distributed through the original delivery method (e.g., email or manual download)
  • Automatic updates via GitHub are not supported at this time

Support

This license does not include technical support.

Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update or modify these license terms at any time. Changes will apply to future purchases only and do not affect existing license holders.
